Let’s change the flow of fashion: join us for the #2020WoolSymposium to explore and envision fiber and dye systems that enhance the health of soil and sea.
@vyana.novus created this beautiful illustration using indigo and walnut inks in combination with mixed media to evoke themes and threads of connection and relationship from what we wear to our watershed, soil ecosystem, and climate resilience.
This year, the 9th Annual Symposium will be a fully virtual event and we are honored to bring together 3 days of inspiring presentations, panel discussions, and engaging community gathering opportunities. A ticket offers access to all of the programming including video recordings available shortly after the live sessions.
Visit @fibershed_ for a list of speakers and subjects — we can’t wait to share more with you in the coming weeks about the practical and powerful work of the scientists, community leaders, land stewards, and designers who we will hear from ✨
